pregnant Christian momma chats

While I was pregnant with my 4th child, I hosted a weekly periscope (is that even a thing anymore?) series called pregnant Christian momma chats.

Below are all the resources I mention in my chats (ordered most recent to first recorded) and any scripture references I make (show notes if you will). My desire in creating this series was and continues to be that pregnant moms will find the encouragement their hearts and minds desire and require as they prepare for childbirth.

Much of what we find when preparing for childbirth is either technical, medical, or worldly. But there are very few resources whose perspective of birth is rooted first and foremost in the Gospel of Christ and the Word of God. I have found in my own pregnancies and births that when I began in that posture and from that place, that my children's births were experiences of joy and peace and gratitude rather than experiences of pain and fear. I pray these chats will at the least, encourage you. And at the most, help to posture your heart in a way that completely changes your birth experience so that it glorifies the Lord.
